Substance Painter Rust Bubble Filter
Rust Bubble Filter created to allow the artist to quickly paint three stages of rust bubbling.
The effect can be completely controlled with the Pen (flow and opacity sensitivity) allowing for a very organic workflow.
This filters was crated to work along side the Paint Filter and Rust Filter.

Parameter Breakdown
Paint 3 stages of rust bubbles controlled by pen flow, creating an organic feel when applying the effect. Bubbles grow and shrink as you paint.
Stage 1: Subtle high frequency bubbles along with a Global noise. Each have intensity and scale controls. This unifies and blends the three stages together.
Stage 2: Global bubble control. Tile, warp and control the intensity of both large and small bubbles.
Stage 3: Controls how the bubbles join together as the artist paints in more white values. You have control over intensity, position and contrast.
Advanced Parameters: Gives detailed control over both large and small bubbles. Including separate sliders for intensity, position, spread, frequency and scale.
Filter also works with generators, textures, procedural noises, and anchor points.
